Smaller items such as rings, engravings, and tattoos go out USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number the day your product ships.
Upgraded shipping options include Next Day Air and 2-Day Air at checkout.

Bought two ring cases, one...

Bought two ring cases, one was fine, and the other was broken.
Emailed customer service, twice, they never got back to me.
But they reached out and are in the process of sending another case. Thank you

Which email did you use to contact us? Checking in the system, there was no email advising us about the broken case. We could have sent a replacement right away.
Now, as a one-time courtesy, though it already passed the 15 day policy of receiving it, we will still send a replacement case.

Very nice way to display your championship ring. I have three of these and I am very happy with the quality. One thing I think would be a great addition would be a small LED light to help make the ring shine. I ended up installing a small light inside on my own which wasn’t difficult but it would be cool if it came with one.
